If you've read a picture book lately, the face on the left just might bring to mind the main character of said book. Seems as though there's a parental passiveness that's become pervassive in picture books over the last several years. Hmmmmm....something to think about. Monday, February 22, 2010

Leslie! I didn't call to tell you I was in Texas because it's a big state and I wasn't close to your hometown, but I was thinking about you. We flew out of one snowstorm last week right into another...snow in Dallas? Unthinkable. At least the kind that sticks around.
